Rachel offers an individualized approach to stress reduction and greater well-being. By tracking your thoughts, sensations and emotions you’ll gain a greater awareness of your internal experience. Through this deep listening you’ll identify which practices and techniques will be most effective in helping you address the stressors in your life, break out of old patterns, increase self-compassion and build a more positive mindset.

Rachel helps students reduce stress and anxiety by approaching the stressors in their lives as challenges versus roadblocks. Through relaxation, grounding, and resilience building practices, you’ll learn to handle those challenges with more ease and equanimity. And by rewiring the negative thought patterns and beliefs that limit you, you’ll create new neural pathways that support states of self-compassion, optimism, and joy.
