With clear cuing and a positive attitude Molly invites you to get curious about parts of the body that are tight and explore how to release them with yoga. These videos offer core work, toning the arms and legs and mental exercises for healing. You will learn different breath styles including how to stay focused and present. There are options to modify or up-level.

Gain shoulder and front body opening for back flexibility. Strengthen and warm up to safely learn the apex backbend poses, to be practiced at your level.
- Energizing Yoga 2 - Toning for Legs, Glutes & Abs - 28 minutes
Flow style practice to get long, lean and strong muscles! Focused on deep breaths, holds and balance for ease and strength.
- Energizing Yoga 3 - Hip Mobility & Low Ab Strength - 43 minutes
Gain flexibility in the hips, legs and low back as you strengthen the core and unstick the stuck.
- Energizing Yoga 4 - Chest Openers into Backbends - 43 minutes
Safely lift and open the upper body from a strong foundation of leg strength and intention.
