These days we are all consumed by ‘noise’ - whether it’s environmental factors, work, home life, or media of all kinds. Not only that but we have underlying causes for our behaviours which we often choose not to look at for an ‘easy’ life. However, in these cases, there will always be a background hum in your life that will prevent you from living a truly satisfying life. Insomnia can be a vicious circle and sometimes it’s not as deep as that. Sometimes it’s just a pattern that got stuck and just needs rewiring. This course will help you to gain understanding on where you might be with yours.

This one has been built on my personal process that I undertake whenever I am feeling underwhelmed, or overwhelmed, or generally out of balance and feel I want a change. I might not know why or what that change is but I know I need to explore deeper inside myself to draw that out. That something is telling me I need to pause and listen. It’s daily mindful morning and evening pauses, each one is different to allow you to discover what works for you. You will shift from a place of confusion and despair, to one of being grounded, lighter, calm and confident.
The aim of this course is to give some structure around mindfulness but to suit your schedule. It’s about pausing 2 times a day; once in the morning and once in the evening for just 5-10 mins. Each day there will be a different technique applied for you to feel what works best for you to take it forward as your new daily habit.
