Live classes and yoga videos are focused on breath, alignment, intention and wellbeing while safely building strength, gaining flexibility, and finding peace of mind. Molly offers up-level options and modifications to accommodate beginners while challenging seasoned practitioners. You will learn basic yoga moves, alignment, how to deep breathe, how to do each pose, and what it should feel like. Healing injuries (past and present) is essential to any yoga practice and Molly takes great care to explain poses well so practitioners move safely as they progress. Classes are Forrest Yoga inspired vinyasa style.
Practicing consistently with live classes and yoga videos is when you see positive shifts in your well-being: physical, mental and spiritual.
